We visited Jordans at Coquitlam recently and bought some carpets. The service provided by James and Mark Hossain was excellent. James made his best possible effort to provide satisfactory services. If something was beyond his capacity, he took an extra step to reach out to his area manager to get a decision to please us. We are super impressed by Jame's extraordinary services.

Me and my partner were looking for a nice couch to replace our old one, we’ve been looking for months. Last week we decided to go at Jordan’s and it’s the best decision we’ve made. We were welcomed by this nice, warm, cheerful guy named Eric. I was hesitant at first because we want to look around at first but this guy is just so welcoming he made our experience so comfortable and showed us the perfect couch. This guy is just awesome. Thank you Eric!
