My wife opted for the 100 minute body massage and I went with the combo foot reflexology and body massage. My wife said that Anna did a great job at applying consistent deep pressure and helped relax the tightness in her shoulders and neck. Lillian did my foot reflexology and she was able to target and loosen problem areas I had due to previous injuries. Helen then did my body massage. She was able to really apply pressure using her hands, elbows, and forearms. My tight muscles felt much looser and relaxed afterwards.

“Alright. So I got a deal to come try some chiropractic adjustments from the customer appreciation day at anytime fitness. I decided to try it because they offered a sick deal and I've been interested in seeing a chiropractor for a while but never tried it. I met Dr scott and we did some x rays and some preliminary checks to see how bad my case was. Turns out kinda bad. My neck was leaning quite far forward and causing a lot of stress on my neck and spinal nerve which I had been feeling especially doing certain excersises at my gym. That coupled with some spinal degradation. I've heard alot from other people saying it's a hoax, it's crap or you're going to get an injury(neck snapping) but honestly In the 8 sessions dr Scott is a master,I now know my neck pain doing those same excersises at my gym has gone away 100% and it used to be a radiating pain that was very intense from the back of my head behind my ears to between my shoulder blades. So that already was a major plus and made me trust dr Scott. Other benefits have included way better posture and let stress on parts of my body, I feel alot more motivated especially at the gym so I believe it has effected my overall attitude and health in a very positive way. Aside from their skills and how they've helped me so far I can say they're very accommodating to help you get the treatment you want in regards to timing to go and payment options. So yea, if you're on the fence just try it. Literally I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed with using Dr Scott.“

“My first experience at JJ Family Spa was overall a good one. We opted for Scrub A and it was very satisfying, leaving my skin very soft afterwards. The staff who did the scrubbing was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The facility felt like a traditional spa one would find in Korea. The package included 2 towels, a set of clothes to wear, and a locker. You have to pay extra for the scrubbing mitts if don’t already have a set. We went during a quiet time in the evening so it was nice to try the rooms to ourselves. We didn't have enough time to use the steam room and sauna, but will be sure to try them next time. The owner, Lucy, was welcoming upon arrival and very sweet at the end of our visit. I will come back again.“

“Dr. Janet Yu is an amazing acupuncturist. My husband suffered from severe allergies and was taking allergy pills every day year round with limited or no relief. I recommended that he try acupuncture. At first he resisted saying it was just “a gimmick” but eventually he agreed to try it out of desperation. It was after his third session that I asked how it went and he informed me how angry he was and when I asked why he informed me it was because he had waited so long to try it! That was over 15 years ago and to this day he still does not suffer from severe allergies. He occasionally has to take a few allergy pills at the beginning of a particularly bad allergy season and does not have to go for regular treatments.

He then had a serious car accident that injured his back and he suffered from extreme back pain. He could barely get out of bed in the morning. He went to all the ICBC recommended treatment “specialists” - physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractor, etc. and nothing relieved his pain. Finally, I suggested he reach out to Dr. Janet Yu and again, success! He no longer suffers from back pain!

Now he is dealing with a form of psoriasis on his scalp and after trying all the prescribed treatments, shampoos, etc. that didn’t work he has now reached out to Janet and they are working on a treatment regimen.

I met with Janet to review many health issues I was having (sinus issues, migraines and back pain). She took the time to review my issues and came up with a treatment plan. The treatments have helped tremendously.
