My first experience at JJ Family Spa was overall a good one. We opted for Scrub A and it was very satisfying, leaving my skin very soft afterwards. The staff who did the scrubbing was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The facility felt like a traditional spa one would find in Korea. The package included 2 towels, a set of clothes to wear, and a locker. You have to pay extra for the scrubbing mitts if don’t already have a set. We went during a quiet time in the evening so it was nice to try the rooms to ourselves. We didn't have enough time to use the steam room and sauna, but will be sure to try them next time.
