Kayo quoted $350 but ended up billing at $302! Grateful for his honesty.
He's immediately likeable, good eye contact, explains things in an educational manner. Does not bad talk any past workers but ethically calls out any faulty things he sees that were done in the past and offers a safer and more modern fix. Kayo is not overly chatty... Our communication was 85% business and 15% chat- he has been running his business for 10 years.
Super nice man, maybe 50 years old... As a yoga teacher, I was impressed at his pliability- Kayo is super fit, able to get on his hands and knees and look underneath the water heater. (demonstrating Good back, healthy knees, ankles, feet and toes!)
Definitely keeping Kayo on speed dial for furnace, duct work cleaning, and his fall package which includes: ducts cleaned, service furnace, safety inspection.
He is also well versed in: on demand hot water tanks as well as regular, AC cooling, gas fireplaces, hot water tank/ furnace repairs and installations.

I recently moved into a new house and needed help cleaning all the gutters, doing a general assessment of their state, and investigating/repairing a few dripping issues. From the initial assessment visit, through to the completion of the work, it's clear that these are professionals that really know their stuff. They were able to provide simple and inexpensive solutions to the issues they found. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

There was this stylist with very similar hair to me, I believe her name is Seema and when she cut my hair she immediately understood how it works!! It's hard to find an awesome stylist for a low price, though I wish my hair was kept a couple inches longer (I should've expected the shrinkage to get a bit more intense after the cut)

We hired Tri-City Plumbing to replace all the poly-b piping in our 2 storey + basement house, including drywall & ceiling repair & repainting affected areas. Tremendous followup service! We had Rhamil replace our roof in 2008. I'm a Civil Engineer and got 8 quotes. After due diligence I chose Rhamil. His crew did a super quality job. Since then, we have only had 2 issues. One was after a windstorm and recently after heavy rains. In both cases, I called Rhamil and a crew arrived the next day and fixed the issue. After we had our roof done, 2 friends and 2 neighbours had their roofs replaced also. None have had problems. Rhamil's crews do a quality job, complete cleanup for a good price and provide superb followup service. I highly recommend Rhamil.
We recieved amazing service from Alex. He responds immediately to our calls, and schedules visits within a week usually. His care and treatment of our problem (pavement ants in our home) was predictable based on his experience, effective and very cost effective. I called other pest companies and they quoted me 3x more for only 3 months warranty. Other major pest companies also required payment upfront! Don't bother seek them. Alex is a genuinely kind person who is very knowledgeable in his craft and we could not have been more happy with his service.

Strong recommend. Short reason: Job was done on time and on budget. Competitive pricing. They did all pictured pavers, the stone wall, and the back lawn (we opted out of other greenscaping just because of our own budget). Pictures were taken 9 months after installation.
Long reason: At the start, Ryan was great about giving us realistic recommendations and ideas. No pressure, no up-selling, no BS. Quote was detailed a thorough.
Throughout the job Bob (the forman) was amazing about communicating and updating on progress. Team was good and worked hard, no damage to property. Any questions were answered and any concerns were dealt with promptly.

I hired Dan with Stumpmasters to remove a very invasive tree called a “heavenly tree”. It’s not so heavenly. Spreads quickly. Very invasive. I replaced it with a pink dogwood tree that I bought myself from a garden centre. Dan removed the tree in about one hour and came back the next day to do the stump grinding. Then he dug another hole for me so I could plant my new tree. I would hire Dan again for any tree work. I highly recommend this company. I started seeing dr. Sherma by chance, without a referral, and it was honestly the best decision I ever made. She’s kind, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable—able to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong just by examining you. After just a few sessions, sometimes even the same day I felt so much better. Plus, she’s super friendly; every time I visit, she talks to me like a good friend and is always there to help. If you have any injuries, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s truly the best.
Excellent clinic. Those are high praise from a guy that initially thought chiropractors were quacks. Over the 15-20 years I’ve realized they are quite the opposite!!! They may “crack” your neck but Mark is so much more. I feel more like I’m at a sports medicine clinic, but paying half as much!! Come try this clinic out, you won’t be disappointed.

5 stars is an understatement for Apex Chiropractic! Dr. Bobby and Dr. Willie are incredible at what they do. Their approach to care is different from any other chiropractor I have been to, but the results speak for themselves. They knew exactly what to do for my body. The only word to describe the result is relief. If you are looking for true results, this is the place to go. My wife agrees and goes here too.
They did an amazing job with my dog. He seemed happy after, even though it was his first time being groomed ever (I thought he would be stressed out). I have also noticed significantly less shedding in the weeks after, so they obviously did such a thorough job with the de-shedding, amongst other things. No skin irritation or anything in the weeks after either, so they must have dried him properly! Will definitely be taking him back every couple months.
Fabulous first experience. My dog was given time to settle in before his claw clipping. Lots of love, treats and cuddles. Totally going back!!

I've been seeing Jason for a while now, and he has completely changed my perception of massage therapy. Unlike some people, I'm not looking for a massage just to relax, I want to get to the source of my pain and actually fix the problem. That's exactly what Jason does and I honestly can't recommend him enough.
I can show up feeling sore, exhausted, and frustrated, and somehow leave feeling like a different person. The tension is gone, the pain is significantly reduced, and I always have more energy afterward. What amazes me most is that whenever a new issue comes up, I know I'm in good hands because Jason always seems to know exactly where to start and how to address it.
What I appreciate most is how carefully he listens and takes the time to understand what's going on before starting treatment. Time and time again, he has been able to find the exact source of my pain, even when I can't clearly describe it myself.
Jason doesn't just treat the symptoms; he explains what he's working on, why it's causing discomfort, and what can be done to prevent it from getting worse. Before finding him, I spent months dealing with recurring pain without really understanding what was causing it. Having someone not only identify the issue but also explain what's happening has been incredibly helpful. His ability to identify the right trigger points is remarkable, and I always feel incredible relief after a session.

Started getting RMT treatment with Konstantin last month and really appreciate his technique and skill. 3 sessions done and I've already booked my fourth. Super nice and friendly and accommodating. Konstantin is always asking questions to understand my needs and is very attentive. If you're looking for a professional RMT, I would try Harmony.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Booked last minute and I’m soo thankful I did. Had the gift of Jun as my therapist and he’s phenomenal! I told him the areas I have troubles with and he knew exactly how to target the obvious and not so obvious tension spots. Hands down best massage I’ve ever had.

Salman is always very patient and calm. He knows the Port Coquitlam area really well and is always punctual. He explained all the tricky road situations so well that I finally understood everything. In just 8 lessons, I made HUGE progress and somehow overcame my fear of driving.
His lessons are invaluable. He always made sure I learned good driving habits - not just to pass the road test, but, more importantly, for real-life safety.
My husband took lessons with him too, and when my son is old enough to learn to drive, I already know who I'll choose as his instructor. 😄

Instructor is true to his words. Not very expensive like other driving schools. Instructor is straightforward which some find difficult but that's what makes it easy to pass during exam.
I highly recommend Eric for all your road test needs! He is kind, supportive and make you feel so safe and comfortable during his lessons. I had booked a lesson with him only one day before my Class 5 road test and passed with flying colours! His tips, tricks and knowledge are unmatched.
