Just had my 2019 Subaru Impreza done at Diplomat Window Tinting in Pitt Meadows and I’m extremely happy with the result.
I went with a 15% ceramic tint and it looks amazing — super clean, sharp, and gives the car a really sleek finish without being too dark. The clarity from inside is excellent, and you can already feel the difference with heat reduction.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. I’ve got a yellow Labrador, so there was quite a bit of hair on the windows, and they took the time to properly clean everything before installing the tint. That made a big difference in the final quality.
They also walked me through the aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect and how to keep everything looking perfect.

If you wonder if ‘good old fashioned service’ still exists, well from my experience with Casterland, it does! I phoned Casterland this morning because I needed a 1 ¼ inch ball bearing to use as a tool to install some 1”grommets. Adam answered the phone, and he immediately knew how to help me. He had a part that had a ball bearing, within an encasement. He broke off the encasement for me so that I had just the ball bearing that I needed. When I went to purchase the ball bearing, I found out that they can also help me fix a wagon that has a wheel issue. I will be returning there shortly to get new wheels for my wagon. Thank-you Casterland for your excellent customer service!
Bryan at Bright City Electric is an excellent electrician.
He was originally hired by an HVAC contractor to wire a heat pump installation in my condo. The HVAC contractor told us the electrical permit had been arranged, but it turned out it hadn’t been, which created months of issues with the city inspector.
When Bryan learned about the situation, he immediately stepped in to help resolve it. He took care of the electrical permit properly and made sure the heat pump installation was fully compliant with the city requirements — and he did this at no cost to me.
That level of professionalism and integrity really stood out. Bryan went above and beyond to fix a situation he didn’t create. If you’re looking for a reliable Vancouver electrician, I would highly recommend Bright City Electric.

The staff at posh pooch are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough great things about them. They have taken such great care of my little guy and he is always so excited when we arrive and ready for a nap when he leaves. They post awesome updates on their Instagram and its so nice to get to see him having a blast with friends. I feel so lucky to have found such a great place with such caring staff.
I wanted to take the time to leave a proper review for Mountain View Landscaping because our project was definitely not a simple one.
What started out as one scope of work ended up becoming a much larger and more complicated project than originally expected, through no fault of Mountain View. There were multiple consultations, design changes, and decisions that had to be worked through along the way. Garry and his team were excellent at adapting to those changes, offering practical recommendations, and helping us find the best path forward.
One of the things I appreciated most was the communication. Any time an issue came up, it was discussed openly, and Garry was always willing to take a phone call or come by the site when needed. You often hear stories about contractors starting a job, disappearing for weeks, and juggling too many projects at once. That was absolutely not our experience. Once our project started, Mountain View had a crew on site consistently from start to finish, which made a huge difference.
Another important part of a project like this is keeping a good relationship with the neighbours and minimizing disruption. Whenever questions or concerns came up, Garry was always willing to take the time to speak with them, explain what was happening, and put everyone at ease.
The quality of workmanship was outstanding. I do a lot of my own work, so I can usually tell when corners are being cut to save time or money. I never felt that was happening here. The crew took pride in their work, paid attention to the details, and did things properly.
Large projects always come with unexpected challenges, but what matters is how a company handles them. Mountain View Landscaping handled everything professionally, communicated well, and delivered a finished product we are extremely happy with.
I would not hesitate to recommend Garry and his team.
Got my car(Tesla) bumper replaced here today and had a great experience. The team was super quick and friendly, the price was very fair compared to other places I checked!
They painted the bumper for my car and matched the color perfectly. The work was very clean and professional.
Also My car door was making a noise too. Other places told me a part needed to be replaced, but these guys fixed it without replacing anything and now the noise is completely gone. They are amazing!

My daughter needed help with having her hair curled last minute for some dance photos and I called around many places in the area last minute panicking because noone was available and when i called them they were soooo amazing and found a way to squeeze her in!!! She has been struggling with curling her hair and the stylist curled it and made her feel beautiful!! I think we found the salon for not only my daughter but me too!!!We will definitely be coming back!!!

Amazing service. I love my brows. I met Azita today and she was a wonderful, kind, professional woman. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed. I have trouble shaping my own brows so she thoroughly explained to me where the hair should be and which hair should be removed. I appreciate her explaining it to me and showing me how they should be shaped. I'll definitely be back.

The doctor is great the receptionist is terrible !! She was sooo rude when I came in with my two boys, and to top it off I've had to call her 3x because she wouldn't fax my requisition. I had to get it emailed to me so I could do it myself. Nightmare... if there's only one is the one with glasses...

No nonsense vet, to the point. No nickel and dime for treatment, fair price. My significant other wanted to try someone closer to where we live. $600 later with minimal done, and a bit annoyed. Rather do the bit of a drive to know what I’m getting.
Been seeing Mehar for about a year now, and the haircuts are always great and consistent. My hair is wavy and grows all sorts of ways, she knows how to handle it. Highly recommend!

Update - I originally gave them a 5 start review 3 years ago and I still give them 5 stars. Their nail trim service is so good. I think it took them about 5 minutes, if that. Definitely worth the cost, which is not much.
Received a gift card for my birthday and it was three years past the purchase date and on the back of the gift card it said that it was expired within one year of purchase. I messaged them and they called me back with great customer service to advise their gift card does not expire.

I currently have lower back issues that prevent me from getting on/off their table for my eyebrow wax. Hannah set me up on a chair in the room and did my appointment that way. I know it was harder and more inconvenient than it would’ve been with me lying down but I am super appreciative for how accommodating she was!
i was referred by my aunty & it has been nothing but an amazing experience here at this spa! This is my first time getting full body laser hair removal. It is basically not painful at all. The technicians are very skilled with making sure you're comfortable with them. They make the room as comfortable as possible as well. Theyre very flexible with days and times.
