“After another HVAC company didn't complete the job and the dirty filter was removed and taken and the HVAC shut off, I was left in a bad situation.I called many other businesses and no one was interested in helping. As a person with disabilities I wasn't able to get on a ladder and open the hatch to get the model number to determine what filter was needed for replacement. Lucky for me that I called BC Furnace and Air Conditioning and spoke to Bayne who had Gordon the parts manager call me back. He was very kind and patient and listened to my predicament. I was able to get a friend with a step ladder open the hatch and take pictures including the model number for the system. I called Gordon back and he ordered them and they were on site the same day. No lies or stories about the filter was not available anywhere in Metro Vancouver! Gordon told me everything I needed to do to solve the situation effectively and in a cost effective manner. He didn't send out a tech with added service call charges. He treated me with respect and showed great integrity. Not all Super Heroes wear Capes!! Thank you Bayne and Gordon and the friendly helpful ladies at the front desk. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I will recommend this company to my friends! ???“
