Nicole might be the best therapist I've ever had. Has a working level of English. Beautiful facility as well. I'm an older guy, with extra weight, still training boxing and muy thai, and still thinking I can move like I used to. Results = typical stiffness in hips, tight and sore muscles lumber area, sensative areas of pain due to nerve irritation and compression, and less flexibility. I like to feel the pain during a massage while strategically applying the proper techniques to said area until the pain starts dissipating. She starts out with Ashiatsu and is exceptionally good at it. She's very meticulous pin pointing irritated and hurting areas. With a combination of hot stones and pressure point massage, I get pretty close to instant relief. I get results that I feel for the next few days until I push my body to its limits again and have to come back and see her. Very very theraputic, worth every penny. I am making new progress with her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Tony was a huge help from start to finish after my dad had a stroke. He helped us install a stairlift and we couldn't be happier. He was patient and answering my mom's questions and offered us post-stroke rehab advice. The install only took a few hours and has all of the features my parents need with a minimally intrusive design. We'll work with Tony again for ongoing maintenance and any additional home modifications that we need over the years.

For a long time I’ve been with too many people who never got it right with curly hair but when I came here and got my haircut. I just fell back in love with my hair because it brought back all the curls that I was. I am satisfied with the service I have received which was called the curly shaggy!
Tina was great! She was recommended to me by a coworker and did not disappoint. She showed me exactly how the products are supposed to be used (which other salons have not done) but also took a realistic approach to curly hair styling and suggested tips that I could implement without much effort. I’ve never worn my curly hair out/down for more than 1-2 days after wash, she was not kidding when she said that I wouldn’t have to put my hair up until Day 5 (and honestly probably could have lasted a day or 2 longer with a slight refresh). I will def be returning for trims and styling for special occasions.

She did an amazing job—carefully listening to what I wanted and making sure every detail was just right. When I got home, even I couldn't stop looking in the mirror. My hair has honestly never looked this good.
Jay is talented, patient, and incredibly easy to talk to. She somehow makes sitting in a barber chair feel like catching up with an old friend.
If you're lucky enough to get an appointment with Jay, you're in very good hands. Just don't blame her if you start taking more selfies afterward.

If you were like me and scrolling to find a lash artist, STOP RIGHT HERE! Jenny is seriously amazing! I had booked a last minute appointment with her for an emergency lash refill although I had lashes from another place. She was very upfront with me from the beginning, saying she would try to work with them but she may have to do a removal then a full set. Before I get into the rest- YES she does work from her apartment! Many really good lash artists do that for various reasons- costs, comfort, flexibility, etc. Honestly I trust an independent lash artist more than I do someone in a company- but that’s just me :)
Anyways, there is ample parking at the complex so I had no issues. Jenny called me the night before my appointment (when I booked) and told me straight up it was at her home, where to park, and how she’ll let me in. Her apartment is SO cozy and comfortable! Seriously- you get to lay down on the most comfortable loveseat that fully reclines, AND she gives you a blanket. Best nap of my life! And she still maintains sanitization better than a studio.
Jenny sat down with me beforehand and let me explain what I wanted, took a look at my lashes, and gave me the details about the service. She worked with my lashes for a bit then said she would have to do a removal then a full set but the pricing was SO reasonable! This woman worked HOURS on my lashes. Let me tell you, it shows. They are beautiful and best part- no irritation and I can’t even feel them on. They were exactly what I wanted! She’ll also look at your face, skin, and asks about what you do so she knows how to tailor them to YOU! Also, she told me if I had any issues or noticed any falling out orI straight up wanted something fixed, to just reach out to her. Her investment in her clients is admirable. If I could give more than 10 stars I would!
This is literally the sweetest and funniest human you’ll meet! Her first impression is very professional, but later see it like your friend going to a job interview. We talked for a long time before I fell asleep. It was almost like a free therapy session but with someone who is so personable.

Nahid is FABULOUS! I have been getting my hair highlighted and cut by her for about ten years. Zero complaints or problems. I have full but very fine hair that is challenging to highlight for many reasons. Nahid excels at getting the color perfect…EVERY time.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received yesterday when Chris and his son came to install a new toilet in my basement bathroom. From inception to completion, just as his ad states, took less than 24 hours. He was professional, polite, prompt and extremely efficient in every way. He even assured me that I did not in fact need a new shut off valve that I’d added to the order, and is going to credit my account for the price of the valve. That’s the kind of honesty and professionalism that seems to be all too rare these days, but I surely did appreciate it! I will absolutely be calling

Frank and Carlos did an amazing job on my carpet. I had a few bleach drops on several steps and on some of the carpet upstairs. Frank used dye to restore the carpet to its original color while Carlos cleaned it throughout the house. It looks new! Very pleased with the results.

Metro Drainage Pros excavated eight clogged up downspout extensions and replaced them with 4” PVC pipe with clean outs and popup emitters. They removed and replaced part of our concrete walkway to insure proper pitch to the pipe that had to run underneath it. From our first contact to the completion of the job, the owner, Jim Monge, was responsive, easy to work with, and meticulous. The price was in line with the other estimates that we obtained. All the work was done neatly and carefully. Except for unavoidable weather interruptions, he began and completed the work as scheduled. He dealt with a few minor complications (a space problem with joining the extension to a downspout and extra- thick concrete) very professionally. We felt he delivered everything he promised and more. We would hire him again without reservation. This is a small business, and we feel we benefited from the owner’s full attention.

However, they don't have a proper calendar/appointment management system to schedule and sync appointments with patients. This can easily cause scheduling problems — you can miss an appointment without any reminder, and they'll charge you a $40 no-show fee.

We have taken our beloved Bimmer here for the past 7 years since we first moved to the area. We have always really liked them. Sometimes it felt like they ran extra testing, which did add to the cost, but at the same time, I would always prefer them to be extra careful rather than miss something.
Unfortunately, we recently had to say goodbye to our family member. At the moment when we needed support the most, this team truly stepped up. Dr. Fernandez sat there and cried with us, you cannot imagine how connected I felt to them during such a tough time. This was our first time going through this, and I am actually crying writing this six months later because I am reliving the moment. But Dr. Fernandez gave us comfort and peace of mind when we needed it most. We weren't rushed at all; instead, we were encouraged to stay with him as long as we needed. It was the saddest day of my life, and it meant everything to not feel pressured to leave before I was ready.
They even sent us a beautiful gift afterward, which brought us to tears all over again. It was a wonderful gesture. If we ever welcome another four-legged child into our lives, this is exactly where we will bring him. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team to care for their family members. The pic is bimmer in 2022 at the Vet's. Though we love them, Bimmer was not too fond of the place, but he liked the people :).

The team did a great job. Both of my dogs are I guess kind of pains in the butt because they're not great getting their nails clipped they like to bite people so I warn them about my little one. I was having serious pain with my left shoulder. I couldn’t raise my arm. David did a fabulous job working on it. After his session I was able to raise it.
Nicole might be the best therapist I've ever had. Has a working level of English. Beautiful facility as well. I'm an older guy, with extra weight, still training boxing and muy thai, and still thinking I can move like I used to. Results = typical stiffness in hips, tight and sore muscles lumber area, sensative areas of pain due to nerve irritation and compression, and less flexibility. I like to feel the pain during a massage while strategically applying the proper techniques to said area until the pain starts dissipating. She starts out with Ashiatsu and is exceptionally good at it. She's very meticulous pin pointing irritated and hurting areas. With a combination of hot stones and pressure point massage, I get pretty close to instant relief. I get results that I feel for the next few days until I push my body to its limits again and have to come back and see her. Very very theraputic, worth every penny. I am making new progress with her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have chronic pain issues and on a recommendation from my physical therapist, waited 8 months to get an appointment for a session with Felicia. It took a couple months after that to get into a monthly rotation. It was worth the wait. I now schedule out for an entire year.
Felicia is competent, kind, broadly experienced in multiple techniques, and just a genuinely good person. She takes pains to make her clients feel comfortable and that they are in a safe environment both medically and psychologically. I greatly appreciate this.

Now, for the massage. I have had a knot in my back since a car accident over 20 years ago. Lena, my massage therapist, set my back wasn’t the problem, it was a rib that was out of place. I was a bit incredulous, especially after having experienced consistent discomfort for so long. But baby… let me tell you. She worked some magic and “floated” my rib back in place. That was over a week ago and the pain in my back is gone! I signed up for once a month services just to make sure I never go back to feeling that way again. The Therapists (and the entire staff) are fantastic! ***Special shout out to Vera and Nader, who were my primary therapists!*** I'm 58 and have never been to PT because everything always healed on it's own. Not this time. I strained a muscle on the back of my neck and it just would not heal. I saw a specialist in the same building and I chose Inova PTC from a list provided. After just four sessions, I began feeling better and after 6 or 7, I no longer felt that I was "tweaking" it and setting back my recovery. Now into my fifth and final week, I feel great. When I get hurt doing Jiu Jitsu again, (probably because I did something stupid again) I will come back to this center, even though I live in Leesburg. : ) All should be proud that they work there and do what they do!

I am so happy ... I really can feel the sand between my toes! For over 2 years I had been losing the feeling in my feet. It started with the feeling of cotton balls under my toes and led to me changing how I went down the stairs - sideways. Now my toes and feet can feel the ground which means I can balance better during yoga and run down the steps. Mr. Khan taught me to drive very well and has an amazing personality. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get drivers license. His experience and wisdom in driving are second to none. But beyond just that, the way he teaches and communicates with the student is incredible.Mr. Khan teaches you by having you do things. He wants you to learn how to actually drive as opposed to the theory. I was an a really awful driver when I started driving with him, but through tough love Mr. Khan gave me and a few pointers like looking in your mirrors every few seconds and it helped a lot.Mr. Khan is the kind of teacher you want, someone who wants you to succeed, but on your own merit.
