“I’ve been playing a lot of golf lately and ended up getting golfers elbow also known as tennis elbow. Instead of going to an orthopedist I went to Dr McMinn and Mike Narvid to get treatment. My elbow was so bad I couldn’t bring my right hand up to my face. I couldn’t use my right hand to shave, brush my teeth wash my hair…. Dr McMinn adjusted my hand, wrist(which apparently was locked up) and elbow. I immediately felt relief of the constant pain. Then Dr Narvid used a device called Shock Wave on my arm. When I left the office I still couldn’t lift my hand up to my face but within 2 hours of the treatment I was able to handle normal day to day activities with my right arm again. I was shocked! Dr McMinn and Dr Narvid are the best, the staff is excellent and I would highly recommend going to Potomac Family and Sports Center for any injuries before going to an orthopedic surgeon. You will be happy you did!“
“I went to Keegan Chiropractor because I could hardly walk due to back pain. Let me tell you after seeing Dr Jeet Desai I am doing so much better. I still make it a point to go in for adjustments but if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be walking. Not only is he a Dr but he is a caring people person Dr. You don't get that often but with him you get care and he truly is there to make you feel better. He doesn't rush your time. He is there to listen and work on anything that is needed. Dr Desai Thank you so much for being great. After a session with the Dr I go see Brittany Shanklin, a message therapist who also is Amazing. Sometimes I am very tight and Brittany talks you thru the pain and makes the pain so much more bearable. She will feel a kink and she makes sure that you don't leave that table until you are ok.
