I have been a member of Elements for more than a year. Prior to this I belonged to another subscription massage membership. I highly recommend Elements Massage. First, the therapist I request, Bri, is wonderful. Very skilled, but also very open to listening to the customer. Second, the rest of the staff are also efficient and kind. Third - the management is flexible with their policies.
Lena did the impossible! I received a Spafinder gift card and chose the Elements Ashburn location for services. The front desk staff delivered EXCEPTIONAL customer service. So courteous and sweet. Now, for the massage. I have had a knot in my back since a car accident over 20 years ago. Lena, my massage therapist, set my back wasn’t the problem, it was a rib that was out of place. I was a bit incredulous, especially after having experienced consistent discomfort for so long. But baby… let me tell you. She worked some magic and “floated” my rib back in place.
