“My hair was looking flat and tired, both the shape and the color, so I finally booked with Serap. She cut in layers that gave it real movement and shape, then colored it a warm brunette with copper and auburn tones that blends my grays so well you'd never know they were there.
I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she took it from there, no overthinking needed. You can tell she knows both cutting and color, and my hair feels healthy afterward, not damaged.
On top of that, the whole staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time, it really made the visit even better. The before and after says it all. Booking with Serap again for sure, highly recommend if you want a great cut, color, and a genuinely welcoming salon.”
