From the first time we called Wali he was eager to help and to share his extensive knowledge and experience about flooring.
There were many options, and after discussion we decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank.
The installers were easy to talk to and Wali was always easy to reach. Fredy and Eddie cleaned up everything every day and always left us with access to all rooms in our house.
The result is beautiful. Their attention to detail and the care they took to install the floors was to the highest standards.

Wali is professional and honest in his recommendation in what would be best for us and did not try to up charge us. He was quick to respond and very communicative. The day I called he was available that afternoon to work on an estimate. Provided the estimate the next day and was able to start my floors 2-3 days later. I’m happy with the process and with the sand and finished floor. I added a before and after for reference.
We can’t say enough good things about Master Flooring Design Center. Owner, Wali, and his skilled craftsman, Sher, are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They were most helpful in picking out the best flooring option for our needs. Their timeline was accurate and Wali communicated readily to keep us apprised of changes and updates.
