I’ve been playing a lot of golf lately and ended up getting golfers elbow also known as tennis elbow. Instead of going to an orthopedist I went to Dr McMinn and Mike Narvid to get treatment. My elbow was so bad I couldn’t bring my right hand up to my face. I couldn’t use my right hand to shave, brush my teeth wash my hair…. Dr McMinn adjusted my hand, wrist(which apparently was locked up) and elbow. I immediately felt relief of the constant pain. Then Dr Narvid used a device called Shock Wave on my arm. My daughter is a competitive all star cheerleader and her sport requires high level tumbling and stunting which is extremely taxing on an adolescent body. We visited Alex McMinn at Potomac Family and Sports where he treated my daughter in order to stay injury free and keep her body adjusted and happy to continue in her sport!
