“I had extensive medical grade keratin tip extensions by Serap 4 months ago and the experience has been great! From explaining the process, taking a whole day of labor to install the extensions, to answering all my questions, Serap has been extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient. She is very quick to respond and wants to truly help her clients, which shows. I have had the extensions styled by many professionals and they have all been very impressed by the quality of her work. In the last 4 months, less than 10 pieces have fallen out (from over 200). I am very happy with my experience here. After losing my hair last year, I hadn’t quite felt like myself, but Serap was able to give me my confidence back. Highly recommend her and her team!“

Johanna nailed my hair with her attention to detail and she has a wonderful personality. I visit the area 1-2x per month from TN and I prebooked my next appointment with her, which I highly recommend doing as they are established stylists and it can be difficult to get in without doing so. “Monica is an awesome stylist. I honestly can’t recall how I discovered her but she’s definitely worth the hour drive. She works from a separate workspace in her home that provides complete privacy and one-on-one appointments. It also allows for a great deal of flexibility when scheduling an appointment. She has done my Keratin treatments and Microlinks. Each time my hair looks incredible. She doesn’t skimp on products like some salons and my hair looks great for months. She buys the best quality hair and ensures it’s a perfect match. I don’t wear extensions year-round and usually get them before my vacations. This makes styling my curly hair when wet easier. I would recommend Monica to anyone. I should mention Monica’s prices are also extremely fair.“

“I went here exactly a week after I had gone to another salon to get a perm but was told my hair was too damaged and wouldn’t take a perm. I was feeling dejected because my hair is so flat and lifeless without one. Jhovanna herself had actually picked up the phone and she was so sweet and reassuring on the phone that I felt encouraged. She ended up giving me a perm and I love it so much! The perm she gave me has plenty of body around my crown area, which is where my hair needs the most body. Most importantly, my hair didn’t fall out, nor did it look destroyed, as I had feared. While I was there, everyone of the staff also helped, with Jhovanna being in charge and doing most of the work. Samantha only did one step but she was very nice. Jorge checked me in and washed out the perm solution. He is so sweet, gentle, funny and just an amazing person! The process took about 2.5 hours and also love the diversity of their clients: families and many men, both of which I don’t often see in salons. The facility had plenty of parking, was beautiful and very clean inside. Don’t forget to tip Jorge separately! Jhovanna is a wonderful person and so good at what she does! I will definitely be back.“

“I know anytime I see only 5 start reviews, I question the authenticity. Not here. Khan took me with little advance notice and I had never been to him before, just saw his work. The transformation was incredible. I'm 61 and he made me look so "hip" lol. I had a wedding to go to and soooo many people at work and the wedding commented on how amazing my hair looked. He trimmed it (fixed my mistakes of cutting it myself ;), touched up my roots, fixed the color and put in highlights, and styled it to perfection. So grateful.“
