Dr Rios is a very pleasant person. He makes you feel so relax. I trust him. He is the best. All the ladies at the reception are extremely pleasant. I felt very comfortable with all of them. The lady who took the xrays too was very nice. I am scared of dentist due to my past experience from another place. I am very happy to be introduced to Rios Dentistry of Ashburn.
Let me start by saying that I am terribly anxious about going to the dentist. Before today, I hadn’t seen a dentist in 5 years. This was by far the best dental appointment I have ever had. The front end staff were friendly and helpful. Once I got back into the room, I had x-rays done. I have a horrible gag reflex and a tiny mouth which makes getting x-rays difficult. They made sure I was comfortable all through the process resulting in only one tiny gag! Then Haley cleaned my teeth. She, again, made sure I was comfortable and the process went really smoothly. Dr. Rios and Manijeh's compassion and understanding of the senior, extremely fearful dentist office are unparalleled. Dr. Rios' skill in the profession of dentistry goes way beyond what is learned from education The person is treated, not just the teeth. I can not thank them ebough! My teeth are happy, too!
