I have gone to caring hands for years and always had amazing service. Recently I had worked with one of the vets to get a Health Certificate done since I'm moving overseas and there was a breakdown in communication and other problems that honestly forced me to seek another vet because of the strict restrictions of the certificate requirements I couldn't wait for a response that never came despite numerous follow ups. My other appointment fell through the day before and in a panic and five other failed attempts with other vets, I ended up having to go back to Caring Hands Ashburn and was met with a wonderful worker named Lindsey. We’ve been coming here for a year. The took great care of our dog when we brought her in for what we thought was an urgent matter. We are grateful to the staff, providers, techs, and nurses.

Our boy was injured but as always caring hands animal hospital in centreville is always quick to address any issues, even making sure he was seen by sending us to the Ashburn location. Our vet Dr. Dan was amazing with iroh and got us in and out and taken care of with the same compassion and attentiveness as the centreville location.
