Hands down the best massage I’ve ever received. Lisa took the time to explain what to expect and made it clear that deep tissue doesn’t have to be painful—which I really appreciated. The 90 minutes flew by; I could have easily stayed all night.

Lisa is incredibly sweet and has such a warm, welcoming demeanor. We even ended up chatting about a field she used to work in that I’m currently in, which made the whole experience feel more personal and comfortable.

Her studio is clean, and it’s obvious she truly cares about her clients and the quality of care she provides. I can’t recommend her enough—don’t go anywhere else. She’s the one.

I have a chronic pain for several years now, I carry the pain pretty much where I go. I have had the privilege of regularly seeing Lisa for over 3.5 years. Visits with her are so much more than a massage! She is so intuitive and has such a healing energy and calming presence. She has helped my chronic neck/shoulder issues, TMJ pain, and is the best for prenatal massage.I am so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to everyone seeking self-care and relaxation!
