My experience here last Sunday was very positive. More pet owners should have a capable urgent care facility like this in their back pocket for sudden illnesses on evenings and weekends. Some situations do require a true emergency facility like Hope Center in Vienna (excellent care), but many don’t. I brought in my sick cat Gabby, who had a fever and significant discomfort. A blood panel (same price as my usual vet, no increased pricing for urgent care) showed a bad infection. Dr. David laid out the options and let me decide. We've been to 3 different animal hospitals over 4 visits...Nova seems to be the only one that was honest enough to tell us they don't know and not charge us for taking shots in the dark. This team has integrity and care and I'd recommend them even if you had to drive an hour to get there. God bless you all

Very friendly & caring employees & doctor! Had an emergency since my vet wasn’t open & they took my dog in right away even though we’d never been there before. My dog is very nervous & the tech & the vet actually sat on the floor with my dog & made her feel much more comfortable. I was so impressed with their bedside manner & caring. Would highly recommend them for your pet needs!
