I had an emergency with my navy blue velvet couch, a candle was tipped onto the couch one evening and hot wax spilled in huge streaks down the side. I texted back and forth with this company and was able to get someone out to my apartment by 5 pm the next day. The technician saved my couch. He removed all of the wax and was able to get the oil stains out as well. It looks like new and it looked bad before. They were prompt and he was fast and professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
