My hair was looking flat and tired, both the shape and the color, so I finally booked with Serap. She cut in layers that gave it real movement and shape, then colored it a warm brunette with copper and auburn tones that blends my grays so well you'd never know they were there.
I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she took it from there, no overthinking needed. You can tell she knows both cutting and color, and my hair feels healthy afterward, not damaged.

I am truly amazed by my experience with Serap! I had recently received a botched balayage from my regular stylist at another salon and was in desperate need of an immediate color correction. I called on a Saturday morning during back to school season and Serap graciously fit me into her busy schedule that very same day. From the moment I walked in, Serap made me feel like I truly mattered. She took her time listening to my concerns, never once made me feel rushed, and carefully talked me through my options so we could decide together what would be best for my hair. Throughout the entire process, she explained exactly what she was doing and why, which made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. It was clear that she genuinely cared about both the health of my hair and making sure I was happy with the result. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She worked her magic and completely transformed my hair. I am so grateful I found Serap and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who is not only exceptionally talented, but who truly takes the time to make her clients feel heard, valued, and cared for.
Serap gave my daughter fresh fashion hair color for the new school year. Had a color consultation and then fit us in quickly. Her hair looks amazing. The salon is gorgeous, the staff are excellent and kind, we had an overall amazing experience.
