RP's motto is "people, not just resources" and I truly felt that since I joined the company a year ago. RP is the first company where the CEO really takes the time to get to know the employees and makes sure employees feel comfortable to reach out to him any time.RP is a rapidly growing company which means fast paste and lots of changes and room for improvement. It also means room for growth. RP also provides flexibility allowing for work/life balance.I feel grateful to work here and for being able to work with such great group of individuals.

RP Professional Services is a great company to work for. Their mottos and values aren't just words, they're truly embodied. I've always believed in working for a company that genuinely cares for it's employees, and I feel proud to work for an organization that takes the time to understand. It's a fast-growing company, so there are certainly challenges, but RP is taking the time to carefully navigate obstacles, and do the right thing overall.
