Now, for the massage. I have had a knot in my back since a car accident over 20 years ago. Lena, my massage therapist, set my back wasn’t the problem, it was a rib that was out of place. I was a bit incredulous, especially after having experienced consistent discomfort for so long. But baby… let me tell you. She worked some magic and “floated” my rib back in place.
