“I’ve been going to Meridian Massage Spa for at least 3 years now for medical massages to help with my chronic pain. Recently, I started experiencing a different kind of pain, and Rui, my therapist, mentioned that she was studying acupuncture and thought I might be a good candidate. I immediately called the school to get more information and see if I could book an appointment with Rui as a student under the supervision of a certified acupuncturist. I already knew Rui, trusted her completely, and had no hesitation about giving it a try. She knows my pain, understands my body, and I felt comfortable with her from the start.
I’ve had just ONE session so far, and I’m honestly amazed. The pain she helped relieve hasn’t returned yet! I haven’t needed to take a bunch of pain medication like I normally would to manage my discomfort. That is such a big deal for me, and I feel incredibly blessed.
One thing I love about Rui is how much she genuinely cares about her craft. She’s always learning, growing, and looking for ways to offer more and better services to her clients and team. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and wants to help people. I would follow Rui wherever she goes. That’s how much I trust her and appreciate the care she gives me. After dealing with chronic pain, finding someone who listens, understands, and genuinely cares means more than I can explain.
