It was my first time at Bujaico Auto Care. My car was scraped by another driver yesterday. I showed up today was was told they would get to work right away. They were able to buff out the scrape and fully clean my vehicle in an hour from when I arrived. They also offered to apply the touch up paint once I have purchased it. It was great service right from the start and highly recommend!

It’s hard to find a better Taekwondo school for kids than Tigerden. The children absolutely love it, and the Masters are very professional. Each class is well-organized, and they do a great job helping kids learn while having fun. All the Taekwondo Masters and staff are kind and do their best to help the kids grow and improve. I highly recommend this place!

I was passing the town for work and felt terrible due to the long drive so I scanned thru Google for a massage and this place popped up. I went in mid afternoon. Gotta say very nice service. Edit: Tammy is no longer there and has returned to her previous salon. I'm new to Avalon, but not new to Tammy. She's been doing my nails for years! I love how she makes them look so natural. I've always done gel nails but somewhat recently switched to dip and have been really happy with how well they hold up, even with a job that has me using my hands so much. So glad I listened to Tammy's encouragement! She does a wonderful job and knows when I want to chat and then recognizes the days when I just want to be quiet. Hands down great experience with Tammy!

There are many positives at this salon, first of all my technician, Monica, is superb at her job and caring, I give her 10 stars. The place is very clean with pleasant decor, 5 stars. However, there are not so great things. The pedicure chairs are very upright without a give and force your knees to bend quite a bit. This was particularly uncomfortable for me because I am recovering from a back injury, but even if I wasn't, I would like to be able to lean back or have a deeper chair to really relax. At check out there was a sign that 3.99% is added to the charge on a credit card, and it's the same if you use a debit card. I would have liked to known that at booking so I could bring cash. And lastly, there's a tip share policy, which I'm not crazy about because the tip amount is customers choice, based on the quality of the service and serves to reward a great service. A higher salary is the way to reward all your employees by the employer, not tip share.

Got my eye brow sculpt and tint by Genesis! I have a scar on one of my eyebrows that is hard to conceal and is a sensitive spot. She took great care around the area and took her time to make sure I would like the outcome of my brow sculpt. She was meticulous in the removing even the smallest hairs. I love my brows !

Cardinal Plumbing was excellent while we were selling our home. Issues were found with our furnace during the inspection process and they came and evaluated possible issues in a quick manner.. There were a few suggestions of possible issues and they provided options for repair without forcing any one solution in a range of possible costs. Ultimately we made the decision to replace it prior to closing and we had a short window of time to get this completed. Pablo and his team worked quick to get this done so we could close by our scheduled date. We really appreciate everything they did for us and will recommend their services to everyone.
We recently had an old toilet fill valve fail. They came over, immediately diagnosed the problem, and replaced it. It must've been about 30 or so minutes to complete the repair. I previously had called them to fix a leaking bathtub faucet and replace a garbage disposal. They were referred by one of my neighbors who said they had a good reputation and honesty. I think the cost for both jobs were reasonable and am satisfied with recommending them.

TWA Electric did an excellent job for my family as part of a home remodel. They did an outstanding job installing recessed lights, under-cabinet lighting, dimmer switches, additional outlets, and ceiling fans. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical needs!
The crew did a great job yesterday, but I do have one issue. On the stairway leading to the 2nd floor, the railing bracket was apparently accidentally broken, and the crew never mentioned it upon their departure. Although it was not a big deal to replace and install, it would have been nice to have known this as opposed to my discovering the issue.
They took the time to test the vegetable dyes on my Turkish Kilim for colorfastness before doing the full wash. That extra step prevented any bleeding or migration of the dark reds into the cream sections.

Used them for a chemical free steam clean of the carpeted areas in my house. Jarrett Franklin did a great job. To my knowledge the carpet in this house had not been steam cleaned in its 25 year existence so there were some areas that were recommended for a high traffic clean. It was more money but I felt like the explanation for why it was recommended was clear and I did not feel pressure to decide one way or the other.
I went with the high traffic clean and those areas indeed look much better and whiter than before, so I am happy I took his recommendation.
I would recommend Jarrett and this company as a whole.

Cesar and Jasmin cleaned my 4 bed 3.5 bath townhome in two hours. It was beautiful again!
I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.

through the scheduling process that managed to take into account our travel and time constrain;
to the team that came to do the work and were all communicative, helpful and focused;
to the project itself, that was not without dust, but so well managed by the team that we could not feel it in the house;
to the job coordinator\manager that stopped by to see that the project is moving forward as expected;
to the final product, refinished floors in two rooms, that simply look amazing, and are a total match to the rest of the house!
And to top it all off, today, 4 days since project's end, I got a call from Daniel again to verify all is well and there are no surprises once it is all said an done.

Fred even offered to show us carpet they was less expensive and same quality wherein he could have just let us order the carpet we first picked and make more money. The install was seamless and the crew even helped moved my office furniture back so that I could attend a remote meeting on time. I would highly recommend Select Carpet.

After some frustration at trying to select countertops from small samples, the fabricator suggested I go to MSI to look at full slabs. The help I received was outstanding and it made the selection so much easier. I came away understanding what was available and the different price points in Quartz, something that had seemed a mystery…they had a sheet with each “price group” (not really prices, but numerical groups at increasing price points) listed with color names within each group. I felt educated and was able to decide on a product I liked, at a price point I am comfortable with. I received samples of my top choices to take with me as well. I feel such relief.
We've hired Enterprise Construction LLC for two projects in our home. We had a fantastic experience with them. The crew was always on time, polite, completed excellent craftsmanship, and took care to clean up after themselves and ensure our belongings didn't get damaged. Northwood Construction, Inc. came to our rescue after a triple-botched shower replacement left us with water damage and a lovely hole in our laundry room ceiling before COVID shutdown. After researching home remodelers through Checkbook and other sources, we carefully selected Northwood to completely remodel our large master bathroom. We quickly grew to trust Bob and Whitney during the design and selection phase and knew that waiting for their crew to start work was the right choice. They provided us with a detailed scope of work broken out by phase and by trade partners’ work, detailed layout plans showing demolition, build out, electrical, plumbing, and painting plans. Bathrooms require an overwhelming number of bits and pieces; Whitney, Bob, and my husband and I went to plumbing, lighting, granite, and tiling suppliers. Whitney was always prompt, professional, organized, and guided us through the selection process. I overwhelmed easily and she was reassuring and able to describe the different end “look and feel” of each choice. Each of their subcontractors come to a walk through to review what they need to do and verify that the work can be done as planned. We had a steam shower installed, so we had some special considerations for plumbing, tiling, and glass surround. During the project, we used CoConstruct online to help with tracking progress, selections, change orders, finances, and questions/messages. Financials are dealt with professionally and are predictable based on milestones. Our master bath is a huge improvement over the original and we are extremely happy we chose Northwood Construction.
Northwood just helped us with a big upstairs remodel where we had our horrible stipple ceilings removed, replastered, and painted; complete recarpeting; repainted hallway, 3 bedrooms, hallway/foyer, and master closet repainted; as well as carpentry to remove a platform in our master bedroom, removed fittings in master closet and updated it with lighting and outlets. It was a huge effort on our part to move everything and set up a bedroom on the main level during the project. We worked with Whitney again and Matt was our Lead Carpenter acting as the general contractor. Matt’s always courteous, helpful, and professional in both manner and skill; he kept us informed of his expected arrival time and any variations in timeline. He kept us informed of the painting crew’s activities and schedule. We did have an issue with some water leakage into our dining room, and the repair work was just completed for us without complaint and in a very reasonable period. All went well and our upstairs looks great thanks to Northwood.

I had Matthew come out today, originally he came out to change a stop tap I had been informed didn’t work. When he came out it turns out the stop tap isn’t isolating what it’s supposed to and has come up with a plan to fix a problem that I wasn’t aware was a problem. He came out to me on a Saturday morning which I am super grateful for. He’s a lovely gentleman and a very easy person to talk with and explains everything that he plans to do so that you can also understand. I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.
Such a great vet experience! My dog is extremely anxious, and the staff were all so gentle and patient with her. Dr Jones himself was down on the floor with her while he did the examination, and let her hide under a chair while he checked her eyes and ears. She was so much more comfortable by the time the appointment was finished, and it was all thanks to the thoughtful and caring treatment of the staff. Great place!

A guy named Mark greeted me, and I told him about my back pain. He accurately located the acupoints that were causing my pain. Mark explained that my back muscles were very tense, and then he used professional techniques to massage those acupoints. Afterwards, I took him back for several massages, and my back pain improved significantly. If you have tense or sore muscles, you can directly contact this guy. I highly recommend Mark.
I have been going to Loudoun Sports Therapy Center for both pre-op and post-op physical therapy for my hip surgery, and I am so glad I chose them. Everyone there has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring from the beginning.
Recovery has definitely been a journey, and I honestly did not realize how much I needed physical therapy until I started. The therapists are very knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is that they take the time to explain things.
