The truck mounted machine looked pretty neat, did an AMAZING job on our cheap white carpets that get trampled by 3 young kids and an old dog, and doesn’t seem like it will take very long at all to fully dry. The guy we spoke to on the phone was the guy who came to do the cleaning! I think his name is Frank, but super friendly and knowledgeable guy! 10/10 would recommend! We are so pleased and will be using this company from now on for our carpet cleaning.“

“We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful.In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work.
