“I had an unresolved issue with my HVAC system and began shopping around for new companies to provide solutions for the issue in addition to also potentially beating a price quote from the prior company I used for an entirely new system. Relax HVAC sent a prompt personalized reply to my message (as opposed to an automated response which 75% of the other companies sent) and requested a call to ensure they best understood all the details of my situation. I spoke with the owner, Nasser, and he was extremely patient with me and listened in detail to what I was facing and he provided a few solutions over the phone for me to consider. I decided to go with one of the options Nasser provided and we scheduled a time the next day for him to service and make a minor repair to my system. Nasser arrived on time and walked me through every step of what he was doing and explained what I could expect. My unit was up and running in less than 30 minutes and I will definitely be using Nasser and Relax HVAC in the future should I have any HVAC needs.“
