“I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.”

“Such a great vet experience! My dog is extremely anxious, and the staff were all so gentle and patient with her. Dr Jones himself was down on the floor with her while he did the examination, and let her hide under a chair while he checked her eyes and ears. She was so much more comfortable by the time the appointment was finished, and it was all thanks to the thoughtful and caring treatment of the staff. Great place!”

“When you first walk into this grooming facility, the front lobby is very clean and welcoming. They have a wall filled with pictures, words, and brochures explaining different parts of a dog’s body, which is very informational and helpful. It shows that they truly care about your dog’s health. They also have a wall full of great products you can buy. At the end of your dog’s service, they even give you a report score on how your dog’s body is doing, which I really appreciated.<br><br>I brought my two mini doodles here and had a great experience. I have a female Mini Aussie Doodle and a female Mini Bernedoodle, and both came out looking amazing. They got their nails trimmed, their glands expressed, a haircut, and plaque reduction, and my younger dog, the Mini Aussie Doodle, actually stopped booty scooting afterward. Both of them had been itchy lately, so we chose the hypoallergenic scent, and it genuinely helped their itching stop. Their grooming was done really well, their cuts looked perfect, and the plaque reduction made their teeth look great too. I even recommended the place to my cousin, and she took her female Chihuahua in for a nail trim, and they did an amazing job with her too!<br><br>I highly recommend any of the groomers at this location! They all do an amazing job!”

“I have enjoyed this animal hospital for my black lab. I transferred from Vienna, which I also liked, but happen to like Reston more as pricing seems more fair. I also was able to experience their honesty when having to have teeth pulled. My dog has stayed with them in their kennel and it was a great experience. My only complaint is they don’t do weekends anymore.”

“Always easy to get my dog boarded for trips, and my dog is always happy and comfy while there. We got picture updates as well. This location is farther for me but for the guaranteed boarding and how happy and healthy my dog has been each stay, I'm happy to make the trek out here. The staff is super professional and kind and gave through updates and were super accommodating. Highly recommend.”
“I have been bringing my cat to vetco for 4 years now. Regular vet prices are ridiculously astronomical!! If my cat needs a Rabies shot and I bring her to a veterinarian practice,There would be a office visit charge and then charge me 2 to 3 times more to get a rabies shot then it would cost me at Vetco where there is not an office visit charge! So not only have I always had a good experience , To me it is a no brainer regarding pricing. I don't know about other situations when it comes to a cat's health , but if you need vaccinations , injections or just a general check up , you cannot beat Vetco for the money.”
