From inception to completion, just as his ad states, took less than 24 hours. He was professional, polite, prompt and extremely efficient in every way. He even assured me that I did not in fact need a new shut off valve that I’d added to the order, and is going to credit my account for the price of the valve. That’s the kind of honesty and professionalism that seems to be all too rare these days, but I surely did appreciate it! I will absolutely be calling
