I thought the experience wasn't lacking in any way for me! It was perfect for what I was looking for. The lady I was with talked with me a couple minutes beforehand because I'd never had a professional massage, and she gave a very short rundown of her process. She was gentle, methodical (rather than random and inconsistent timewise), and I liked how she managed and moved the blankets (since I'd not done this type of thing, so when the clothes come off, one can't help but track where the edge of the blanket is going to stop at ?). Just had my first massage at The Now in Ashburn & it was so wonderful. Thelma at the front desk was so lovely & she and another woman (I forgot to get her name!) were both so kind and welcoming when I arrived. Michelle was my massage therapist & I would HIGHLY recommend her! She listened to my requests & she has magical hands! Somehow she knew exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back!
