I am very pleased with my new kitchen. There is a showroom where you can plan all your kitchen needs and test out different colours, textures and styles. The sales rep was so patient and accommodating, offering suggestions along the way.
Once I made all my choices, I was given a very reasonable estimate and an expeditious start date. That in itself was a big plus.
The whole process from start to finish took under 3 weeks. The complete demolition was done in 2 days. By the end of the second day, I had a lovely new floor. Workers always showed up on time when expected. All issues and concerns were addressed immediately.
However, the shelving in the lazy Susan is of an inferior quality and after several attempts to have it rectified, I am sadly still stuck with it. I have already cut my hand twice on the metal and pieces of the plastic surrounding the centre pole have broken away. I am disappointed with this one issue.
Using Intact was a very positive experience, while they were doing the work. I would recommend them, but keep an eye out for inferior materials.

Old school barber shop. Frank is such a gentleman. Puts in the time and hardwork using scissors instead of trimmers and gives you the exact haircut you want.
This place is unlike any barber experience that I’ve ever had. From the “old money” vibe of the shop right down to the professionalism and how personable Ali the owner was… (music was a nice touch too I love a good Frank Sinatra playlist) This is the true definition of A GENTLEMAN’S BARBERSHOP.

I had a terrific experience at this barber shop. At first I wasn't sure if they cut women's hair but the barber said that cutting my hair was perfectly fine ( no perms or settings though). So for the ladies who have short hair, this place is excellent.

I have been going to this nail salon for 25 years. These sisters are wonderful very knowledgeable and they have so many colours to choose from. I go for pedicures and eye brow waxing too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend this salon. I would suggest booking an appointment as they can get quite busy.

I’ve been a regular client at this nail salon since last year, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive every time. My nails always look amazing, and they usually last up to a month—often the only reason I come back sooner is because I’m ready for a new color!
Last week, a new staff member did my nails and she was incredible. She did a beautiful job, but after six days some of my colored nails broke. I wasn’t upset, as these things can happen, but when I reached out to Nancy, she immediately offered to fix it.
What truly impressed me was Nancy’s dedication to her clients. Even though the salon was closing at 7 PM, she was so eager to help and stayed beyond closing time just to repair my nail. I was incredibly grateful for her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond.
Nancy is always warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about her clients. The excellent customer service and consistently beautiful nails are why I keep coming back. Pre, during and post of the treatment I felt instantly welcomed consistently and acknowledged as a first time client.
Christine, was very direct about what would happen, during the treatment.
I felt at ease being able to know what is actually happening on my face as many spas and clinics tend to just perform the treatment without consistently stating what will be done before applying products, and or the usage of tools for the extraction process.
Overall, I will definitely be returning as a future client, as I am also already noticing visible improvement of my skin on day 2!

Most recent work I had done was from Ryan. An amazing redo/touch up on a large forearm tattoo I had. Ryan was able to bring it back to life, and fix the mistakes the original artist had made from a different shop. Amazing work, and great environment overall.

Sabor came on very short notice to our new home to unclog the main drain to fix a backup. He snaked it, found tree roots in the pipes and gave us recommendation for a more permanent fix. Will definitely be calling him back to do more work in the future!

LTD Plumbing and Mechanical came highly recommend by a member of the Board of Directors in my condo building. In recent months, Brandon and crew have done a number of big jobs in our building, including replacing cast iron piping, replacing large HVAC shutoff valves, & they corrected problems related to water leaks and condensation throughout our building. LTD also sourced and completed a complicated replacement of a damaged high-end washroom sink in a Common Area washroom.
While Brandon has often been here on-site for such bigger commercial jobs, no job was too small. In our suite, he just replaced the cartridge in our shower faucet, replaced a leaking shut-off valve under our kitchen sink, and installed a cartridge water filter unit under our kitchen sink. All well done.
We are fortunate to have LTD working in our building. Brandon is personable and highly professional. One of our neighbours commented that Brandon was very patient and determined to find the answer to her plumbing issue. He has good communication skills and showed up for the jobs when he said he would.

Russell arrived quickly and immediately started to work on our emergency. He contacted Coastal Electric and had them at our home and collaborated with them on getting our service tended to immediately. Power had to be turned off for hours and he diligently did his part and called for immediate inspection so we would not be put out. Russell updated us throughout the day. A big thank you to Abdul and Sean at Icon Pest for helping us with a very stubborn squirrel living in our chimney. Abdul came out same day to assess and cap our fireplace with a one way door for the squirrel to leave. He was quick, clean and informative. After a few days, the squirrel had not left and Sean came out right away and went above and beyond to get him out. It wasn’t an easy task but he managed to get the squirrel out safely. Dr. Way found the “spot” immediately and we consistently worked at it and I followed his instructions and now I can bike again, I can sleep, I am sitting on the floor with my students again. I wish I could make a Drake sized poster on the 401 so that everyone experiencing back pain could benefit from his services. Forever grateful. I’m back! Literally.

Dr. Hu has been Bailey’s veterinarian since the day he came into our lives, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care. Even when she moved to a different clinic, I followed her because of the incredible compassion, knowledge, and dedication she has always shown. I literally went from driving two minutes to his clinic to 45 just to ensure she remained his doctor!
She is one of the kindest, sweetest, and most caring veterinarians I have ever met. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, never makes me feel rushed, and genuinely cares about both her patients and their families. I have worked at a veterinary office before and I have never seen this kind of service given. One of the many things I appreciate is her honesty. As a pet owner, there are so many things I don’t know, and it can be overwhelming. Dr. Hu has always been transparent about Bailey’s treatment options and has never recommended unnecessary tests or procedures. In fact, she has often helped me save money by suggesting the most appropriate and cost-effective care rather than the most expensive option. That level of integrity means the world to me, especially because she knows how much Bailey means to our family. In my experience, most vets take advantage of that.
Bailey recently had a full dental extraction with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he received. She did an amazing job, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what was a very stressful day so much easier. Knowing Bailey was in her hands gave me complete peace of mind. Bailey is 15 years old so the process is more complicated and more risky and because of Doctor Hu, I was able to put my dogs life in her hands and feel at peace.
I am so grateful for everything she has done for Bailey over the years. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Dr. Hu enough. Bailey and I are incredibly lucky to have her and she will always hold a special place in his life and our families life for keeping him healthy!

Like Yoga teachers ( which I am) there are a plethora of them and Massage therapists. I have had plenty of massages but the one I received today was the best I can recall. Tricia, is 'dialled in' on so many levels. She is skilled in a number of modalities and figures out what you need. Besides her skill set, the ambience of her space and comfort of her massage table are unparalleled.

Sam has a deep knowledge of Taichi and body anatomy. He uses magical vibrating technique to break the muscle knots for maximum and effortless relaxation. I’ve been to many massage places around the world but have never seen some of his techniques. Highly recommended it’s truly a wonderful experience!

I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Claudia. She was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to understand the areas that needed extra attention. Her technique was firm yet effective, helping to release a lot of muscle tension and leaving me feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. Claudia was attentive throughout the session, making sure the pressure was just right. I truly appreciated her expertise and caring approach. Aminul Sarkar was my driving instructor he was patient with me and flexible with lesson times. Adapting lesson plans to what I needed more practice with. He provided me strategies on the maneuvers on the G2 road test and resources to find out more.
My experience learning with Rafi (uncle) was exceptional. I took lessons with him first for my G2 test and then 5 years later for my G test 5 years, and I passed both tests on my first try.
He is a knowledgeable instructor, and goes through every concept with detail and specific tips. He always teaches and corrects with patience. Learning in a calm environment with him really helped improve my confidence while driving.
He is also very experienced and gives you honest advice about the number of lessons you need and the best place and time to take your road test.
