I've had this business come out 2 times in the last year 2023-2024. Once for a gas igniter(Josh) on a large scale boiling system and once for a commercial bar fridge(Jeff}. Both times they sent someone out almost immediately. The technicians arrived when they said the would, were polite, professional and assessed the problems quickly. Luckily for me they weren't big issues and they were resolved quickly. They didn't try to gouge or make the problem seem bigger than it was. They quickly fixed the issues and provided advice on how to prevent them in the future. They also took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure everything was 100% working before they left.
Communicating with dispatch (Wanda) was easy and clear with fast responses.
I hope nothing else breaks around here but if it does I'm comforted knowing I have a reliable company to call.

Sarah is the nicest and best hairstylist I’ve been to. She did want I want perfectly, she does what’s best for my hair and it looks amazing. I had really damaged hair from before and she did the best to fix it and colour it the way I like. All of her staff are nice and kind, the service is great. Seems like Billy is a relative of Brandon. Brandon was cutting my hair for a year before he needed time off. He was given time (so was thought that he would return). He did yet wasn't ready. Unreliable. Opening an hour late. Taking 2 hours while shop is closed. Customers wondering why is shop closed. Many opportunities. Just not a right fit. Conflict but shop has been healing. I still go and it's friendly and cost is good

I had a fade and beard trim with barber Shanur. Drove 30 mins to get there and it was worth the trip. Great conversationalist, we jumped for topic to topic and even with that, paid attention to the details of the haircut the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he ran by his own suggestions to consider as well which I agreed to. He was very detailed and his expertise was clear. Betty does such an amazing job with my colour and cut!! I love it. Everywhere I go people ask me who does my colour and cut. I have a very funky pixie cut and she colours it lavender ? and it's extremely hard to find a hair stylist who can do that and do it so well but Betty gets it right every time. Took my daughter here for her first set of acrylics for prom, Jue did an amazing job and my daughter wants her as her permanent nail technician. Came back the next day for pedicures and they did an amazing job with that as well! They even took me in last minute with no appointment. Very friendly staff, very welcoming. My wife and I booked a couples massage today. It was our first time at this massage parlor, and we were truly impressed by the service! The environment was clean and comfortable, the masseuse's techniques were incredibly professional, and I felt so relaxed afterward. After reading the reviews, I called Paul to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He’s exactly as described: old-school, professional, and highly experienced. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it efficiently, and charged a very fair price, especially compared to other plumbers who quoted longer timelines and significantly higher costs. You don’t come across plumbers like Paul anymore, and I’m genuinely glad to have his contact info for the future.

I want to share my reviews about Saving Plumbing. I had an issue with my kitchen sink.. When I opened my tap the water started over flowing from the trap ( drain) in my basement. Sp all the sewer water was coming up and flooding my basement. There was a blockage somewhere in the pipes. I called up the previous plumber who did the job before but they were very busy and they suggested I call a local Plumber. I live in Pickering so I googled and called Saving Plumbing. Fabula who answered the call was "Fabulous". She told me she would send Jevon (equally amazing) who was finishing up a another project close by. When Jevon came I explained to his the problem. He at once knew what I was talking about. He brought his big commercial snake and actually pulled out a big grease ball that was like a rock and showed me what was causing the blockage. He made me run all the taps and the blockage was gone. I was beyond delighted. He was so professional and knowledgeable and very very understanding and caring about his work. He also used a mask for the COVID situation. I definitely recommend him and his company to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Most companies I called today were rude and could not care less. This company is also reasonable and upfront about their cost. No hidden costs. In this day and age to find a good reliable plumber with reasonable cost is a needle in a hay stack. Thank you immensely for taking care of this problem for me.

They replaced my carpet for the stairs. Good job done. The sale man Jack is great. He came to my house several times to show me the samples, making sure I got what I wanted. I didn’t give 5 star rating because there was little surprise during the installation. I ended up getting involved in fixing the squeaking floor/steps myself. Not every customer will be able to do the same.
Just had to redo my floors on my main floor. My installer recommended Floorbank and I'm so happy he did, I would have ended up at one of the big box stores and probably not so happy but the guys at Floorbank were wonderful! They were helpful, knowledgeable and the selection was amazing at great prices. I will be coming back I just wish I'd known about them before.

On a Sunday I’d like to forget I went into my basement to find water everywhere. I called my insurance company and they put me in contact with Crawford Contracting. As soon as the guys got here which btw was in two hours from when I called the insurance company. The guys came in and took over and put us at ease. They were kind and very professional as well as incredibly hard working. When the rest of the crew came to empty out our basement into the Pod it was also amazing. They stopped me from tossing some very important photos. The organization and team work made a horrible situation so much easier to handle. I’ve told all my friends and if ever anyone needs professional kind and courteous help Crawford Contracting is the best company in your time of need lol.
I consulted five companies before I ultimately went with Floor and Bath Design.
There were several other cheaper options, but I ultimately chose them for two reasons.
One, they offered a comprehensive quote, which was surprisingly rare among the other bids.
Two, and this is the big one. They worked very closely with us on design.
Only one other bid offered to do this, and they wanted to charge us 2,000 for it.
Roza showed us a 3D model, and she made recommendations for tile, paint, etc. There was no charge for this, and we really appreciated the show of good faith.
The job itself took about six weeks, and the overall result was fantastic. Stan and his crew worked hard, and never left a mess.
While there were a few communications issues, and some mistakes made, the team never hesitated to immediately fix any issues we had. I would work with them again for that reason alone, having a contractor you can trust makes any project so much less stressful.
Jay did a fantastic job with the kitchen rebuild in our home. Before the work started, he shared his ideas to save on costs and communicated very well on what needed to be done. Jay was also very meticulous in his execution of the project while meeting our renovation timeline. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

If you are looking for a team of professionals, look no further. Jason and his team of guys did an outstanding job. We hired them to do landscaping around our pool. It involved installing pavers around the pool including coping, gardens, trees, water feature, sod and retaining wall.
Jason was there to answer every question we had and even shared his own opinion on certain design aspects we were unsure about. Mike and Darren were a real treat as well. They were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very accommodating when we changed our minds about certain design features last minute.
The end result was outstanding and far exceeded our expectation. I will use these guys moving forward for ANY landscaping project in the future.
One of the drivers this morning did phenomenal work putting his life on the line to save a fawn that was hit by a car. Because of his actions the fawn was saved and brought over to a local wildlife rescue to recover from the injuries! Amazing job!

Tiffany, I am so thankful to have you groom my dogs Mucho and Biscuit. They look like show dogs. By far the best cut they’ve ever had. It’s been 3 weeks since their last appointment and they still look so handsome. I’m bouncing with joy every time I look at them. Thank you again. 🙏🙏🙏
These are all my papillon I had over the years . They were all taken care of by Pawprints in Pickering .Every time a perfect grooming was performed .
The third one is my new Papillon Mitzie .she gives us a lot of love . In Sept. She had 7 puppies and is only 8pounds .the fourth one is Karroo had him when he was 5months old and died with 15 .
Then there is Tinker Bella she passed over the Rainbow bridge in August .She was 12 years old .

Took our 9 year old Mastiff here for his first grooming. We were always hesitant as he doesn't like blow dryers and his paws touched. These ladies took on the challenge and made it the best experience. We are over the moon with how they took care of our Lenny. Thank you to a wonderful team xx
