“LTD Plumbing and Mechanical came highly recommend by a member of the Board of Directors in my condo building. In recent months, Brandon and crew have done a number of big jobs in our building, including replacing cast iron piping, replacing large HVAC shutoff valves, & they corrected problems related to water leaks and condensation throughout our building. LTD also sourced and completed a complicated replacement of a damaged high-end washroom sink in a Common Area washroom.
While Brandon has often been here on-site for such bigger commercial jobs, no job was too small. In our suite, he just replaced the cartridge in our shower faucet, replaced a leaking shut-off valve under our kitchen sink, and installed a cartridge water filter unit under our kitchen sink. All well done.
We are fortunate to have LTD working in our building. Brandon is personable and highly professional. One of our neighbours commented that Brandon was very patient and determined to find the answer to her plumbing issue. He has good communication skills and showed up for the jobs when he said he would.
