The staff is very warm and caring, making clients feel like they are talking to close family rather than just a vet.
The hospital offers excellent grooming services and affordable treatment options, even on short notice. Although they do not offer overnight hospitalization with personal supervision, the clinic maintains a strong commitment to pet wellbeing, regularly communicating with owners and providing good service.
Clients mention the friendly and informative environment, highlighting how the staff handles pets with gentle and skilled care. For example, a dog’s life was saved by Dr. Singh during a procedure, and a cat's foreign object was surgically removed at a very reasonable price compared to other clinics. While they may sometimes forget to give antibiotics after surgery, the overall experience is highly positive.
Overall, Birch-Dan Animal Hospital is a trusted veterinary facility that prioritizes the health and happiness of pets and their owners, offering compassionate and reliable care.
