Acupuncture One is an oasis in my stroke recovery. Previous to my finding this place, my recovery had plateaued. Now I see improvements to my balance and strength each session and I’m confident that it will lead to a full recovery.
I have problem with my knees due to OsteoArthritis. First visit, the pain went down from 7 to 4 . On the second visit, the pain was down to 1.
I am very satisfied my the treatment.
He is incredible! I was struggling for 16 years, seeing many doctors, specialists, acupuncturists, Qi Gong, Reiki, did my own research and biohacking, found no cure nor clue and wound up in hospital with stroke, twice. But Mark found my core problem in mere 20 minutes! Not only that, he told me that other issues I have are all related. From the very first session, I regained a lot of energy to think and to function, and understanding my body better, especially around food. And he is a real kind soul. I wish I found him years earlier! My only complaint is the new location, if not driving, only accessible by a TTC bus.
