Got highlights here, price is great and Michael even threw in a free toning to get it to the colour I wanted (ash grey). The staff are all super friendly and nice.Service: Hair coloring
Located inside Chartwell Shopping Centre. It just open recently, bright and clean place. IMO, their price is great and cheaper than most places around the scarborough area. There walls of hairs design photos of both men and women that would match your preference. Michael is very good and patience, and excellent in colouring too.
