“Update: Seeing my review, I was contacted by the management, and they assured me they would do it right, which they did! The lady who came yesterday did her best to finish the job. She saw what they did last time and addressed them. What a difference! I hope they will do the same in the future with all clients on their first attempt. It is important to understand the needs of the clients. A clear set of communication and instructions should be there from top to bottom. This is always the key to success. I wish the Merry Maids of Scarborough all the best!I am still keeping the original post.A glimpse of their services in the name of post-renovation cleaning. Dust/paint color were all over the places. Didn't clean the cabinets, drawers at all. Didn't touch one of the kitchen at all even after requesting to do so. All windows and patio door were full of construction debris. Simply unbelievable!“
