I had a sump pump installed and the service was great. The company applied for the subsidy and what I was told I would receive I did in its entirety. This company is an honest and professional company with great customer service and workmanship. I would recommend them.

Installation was clean and professional, took about four hours and was left cleaner than when they started. Explanations were great and was an incredibly comfortable experience, and the installation team on the ground was great.Has only been 3 weeks, so haven't got the reimbursement from the city yet, but will update this with my start to finish timeline once I have that in hand, even though that part is the city and not in the control of CSS.Edit: so, pump is now leaking, called the service number on their website a couple of days ago, and no response.
