“Artisan was recommended by a colleague so I read reviews before deciding. Made the right decision. Reviews were accurate. Service and expertise was very good. I'm completely 100% satisfied with my purchase. Furnace works great and my questions were always answered in a timely manner.Was originally nervous about smaller company versus Enercare but Enercare made some false claims about their advantages over smaller companies like lowest price and unbeatable warranties. Artisan beat them in both areas, and Artisan has been in business a long time. I call Enercare Ener'scare' now cause that's their strategy. Khalil never upsold or pressured me even just a bit. He straight up just answered my questions, gave quotes and dates and was professional. The furnace replacement took only 4 hours; we still had half a day left.Anyways, I'm glad I took a small risk and walked away from Enercare to Artisan so I just wanted to share my experience with anyone who is trying to choose.“
