The lady that answered the call was very friendly and explained that they bought Palma. I asked if she could send a tech to check our non-functioning AC, and she said someone would drop by that same afternoon. My dad who met the tech said he was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, checked the systems efficiency, and even checked our furnace. “I have been a customer with Cambridge Heating and Cooling for the past 7 years when I had a new AC and Furnace installed. I have a Trane system that has been working flawlessly (except for a fan motor on the condenser that failed), but that’s not their issue. They sent someone out and got the replacement done under warranty except for a labour charge that wasn’t covered. I have been fortunate during that time of ownership to have had the same technician - Omaer who is knowledgeable, hardworking and thorough! I keep my system very clean but I can see by what he does that he genuinely cares. Easy to talk to as well. I have had very few times to call in to the main centre but those interactions are often well received too. Keep up the good work!“
