During our kitchen renovation 13 years ago, we bought our tap from Tapworks. Over this past Thanksgiving weekend...the handle of the tap broke off (not Tapworks' fault).Desperate, as company was coming, I drove down to tapworks to see if I could find parts...regrettably, there were none. However, Leta did 'lend' me another one to help me get through the weekend. I really appreciated her assistance in getting us through this (turned out .... the tap she lent me didn't work, but...the effort was appreciated).I'd recommend tapworks as being a team that stands by their clients.

Carlos and team were fantastic. During the pandemic, Carlos was able to guide us through the process of listening to our requirements, adjusting them where needed, helping us through the selecting process, and arranging for delivery. Carlos and team made themselves available whenever I had a question and if I had to alter something I ordered due to change in construction, Carlos was accommodating to get us something to fit our needs and get it in on time.I have used the Tapworks team for another renovation project at another home but for the size of this project, I couldn't have asked for a better partner for the job. Earlier this week I had contacted Tapworks regarding a Toto toilet where I had the pleasure speaking with Ryan. At the end of our conversation where he answered all my questions in a courteous professional matter he was kind to hold one of these toilets in my name until I could pick it up on the Friday or Saturday.Today I was unexpectedly in the area and decided to purchase this toilet and add another one.Ryan provided great customer service! I will be a returning customer was worth driving 54kms.
