We’ve worked with them three times now for ice damming and different parts of our roof (including our flat roof and back roof). Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through everything, uncovering several problems from previous roofers that had been done incorrectly. They wrapped up the job just in time before a severe storm rolled through, and we didn't experience a single leak or issue. Their professionalism and quality work gave us complete peace of mind. Steve explained the process clearly throughout the installation and made sure I understood what was being done at each stage. They also handled the inspection process flawlessly, which gave me a lot of confidence. After the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the site properly and left everything in good condition. Steve also took the time to walk me through the window opening and closing mechanism so I knew how to use it correctly.
