We were out of town and our front door handle broke. Our daughter was home by herself, in the rain, and couldn’t get into the house. I called Custom Door and Lock Service and they were there right away to help out. They replaced the door handle and were prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company!
I was really impressed by the young guy who helped my wife and I when we went to ask about upgrading our front door lock. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful and patient and explained things and answered all of our questions very thoroughly.
Over the last 30 years I’ve used Custom Door & Lock Services a couple of times. The first time was about three decades ago when I had a replacement door put in, and later they came out to do my locks.
Most recently I was looking to replace my tired old lock which had seen better days. I tried looking online for a replacement but came up empty, so I gave Custom Door & Lock a call. Doug answered, listen to me, describe my issue and ask for help or if he could sell me a lock, and he had said that those locks are now obsolete.
