Very pleasant to deal with. I came in right at closing and they were happy to stay and help me out. I only get my house and office keys cut here now after multiple attempts and fails at the big box stores.

Super nice people and very good work. I heard someone complain about their pricing and while they may seem a little expensive you have to remember that they are trained professionals with vast knowledge of their industry. When I hire a tradesperson, I want things done right the first time and that's what you should expect from Custom Locks

I have been using Custom Door & Lock Locksmiths for over 25 years now. I have never had any issues or problems using them at my place of business or at my residence. I used them again today and they are fast, efficient, and honest. I actually caught another firm using used parts on my safe at work and have never had any problems with Custom in all the years I have used them at work and for my residence
