It was all broken down in terms of what type of shingles to be used and what type of insulation and Icebreaker on the roof as they call it. Well of course I used the most highest quality shingle that would do the job and we had to we have to wait for a little bit more time to complete the job because due to weather conditions but so far doing the back shed was amazing.

Joe and his son are so easy to work with and they explain everything in detail and go through everything with you that you're sure enough to have the confidence that you need to go through with a job.
This is why I have them booked for May to do the my whole house in this way it can be a complete job from start to finish and at least I know it's done right the first time.

They are not one of these companies that are fly by night or they're going to leave you hanging with cheap material and leaks within the near future. From all my neighbors that I spoke to their roof is still going strong after 15 years and not a single issue. Pretty much the least side in East York uses this company with Joe and Aaron and his team that's called downtown roofing.
