Just had my first ever massage therapy session after a back injury and Linda was amazing!
The day before the appointment, she called to confirm the state of my back pain to make sure I'm good for the appointment and to know the type of pressure she applied, which was much appreciated.
During the appointment, she identified areas of my pain, misalignment and tension, relieved them thru deep massage, and also gave really thoughtful advice. There was open communication throughout and she adjusted based on my pain.
I felt a lot better even after one session, and look forward to seeing Linda again!!
