New Image Nails & Spa provides excellent customer service and offers a variety of nail options, including acrylic, powder gel, and conventional gel. The staff is friendly and skilled, doing a great job on nail designs and shapes. Prices are reasonable, making it a great value. Many customers have had positive experiences and plan to return, making it a favorite among locals in Scarborough.
I came here for the first time to get my pedicure done.
They did a quick job for pedicure, barely massage, used callus removal for your feet but didn’t wash them off properly so it irritated my skin, itchy etc.
The place is not too clean, they speak their own language the whole time while I’m in there, didn’t interact with clients unless when they need to.
Overall: the price is the same with many other places but the service could be wayyyy better.
It was my first time here, but I have had such amazing customer service from both Wendy & the owner / at the front desk! Loved it & reasonable price. Only thing they weren't able to do some of the designs I had requested such as gold lined designs but they did a great a phenomenal job on my nails especially for someone switching from squared shaped nails for so long to almond shape nails for the very first time ! Definitely recommended it & and I will be going back !!!
A friend of mine recommended this salon a while ago and I finally got to give it a try today. Honestly I am happily surprised! The service was great, they have different options ranging from acrylic, powder gel, conventional gel, and many more, I’ll be coming back without a doubt.
