She suggested a meet and greet for the purpose of slowing gaining our dogs trust. A year later, and more than 6 grooming visits later, our dog has always been treated with love and received top notch grooming.

I had such a great experience at Carousel Hairstyling. I originally had an appointment somewhere else, but they told me last minute they couldn’t do my hair unless it was fully bleached. I was pretty disappointed, so I walked into Carousel on a random Tuesday afternoon hoping they might be able to help, and I’m so glad I did.
Steve was amazing from start to finish. He sat down with me, looked at my inspo, and explained what he could do, what products/colours he’d use, and what kind of result I could realistically expect. He broke everything down in simple terms and explained that I didn’t actually need bleach to get the look I wanted.
He turned my naturally black hair into the perfect cherry-cola shade with no bleach. He told me it would look more red in the sun and more toned down indoors, and that’s exactly how it came out. He was also upfront about pricing before we started, which I really appreciated.
Steve and the other stylist working that day were both so kind and clearly knew what they were doing. They washed my hair three times to get as much of the red dye bleeding out as possible, and Steve even took me outside after to show me the colour in the sun. He also gave me a trim and left my hair feeling so healthy and polished.
The price was better than most places I was quoted, but the service was even better. My hair looks glossy, healthy, and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Steve and Carousel! I’ll definitely be back :)

I walked in on Father's Day asking if a shellac manicure was available, and I was immediately choosing a colour. I was given swipes of colour on my nails to help me choose. The woman doing my nails did a great job, and a week later the edges are still great (sometimes I get peeling from the sides at other places). As a walk-in, I was met with friendliness, and got what I'd hoped in a set of vibrant nails!

Jamie was fast and efficient. He left our place with the seat installed, and everything was clean.

Was very impressed by their effort to try and rectify. Also had picked up two other rugs, which they had needed to do outside my home, and made efforts to schedule pick up promptly and conveniently. Excellent service. Will also share reviews when those rugs returned. Highly recommend them, as they take time and effort to make sure the customer is satisfied. Impressive.

Kelly's installed a replacement A/C system in our house - compressor, air handler, thermostat - in just a day and a half. The three Kelly folks were in constant motion from the attic to the basement to the back yard and cleaned up everywhere. The system works flawlessly! This firm is an obvious choice for all our HVAC needs and have kept our boiler and hot water system running for the last 15 years.

Called on a Wednesday close to 10pm and they picked up. Of the list of companies I called they were the only ones who picked up. Understandably certain larger companies operate during business hours only but Will picked up and answered all my questions, definitely a benefit of dealing with small growing businesses like this. I’m sure it isn’t their standard to always pick up in late hours but the fact he made an exception and did goes a long way. I was assisting a client of mine find someone to help with their roof raccoon intrusion, have passed his contact to them accordingly to deal with the matter. He also followed up same night with a text, great service so intend to keep his contact for any other clients of mine needing animal control. The pricing is amongst the fairest I’ve seen too, would highly recommend.

My dentist is honest, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Unlike a previous clinic I attended, they never recommend unnecessary procedures. At one point, another dentist tried to convince me I needed about $35,000 worth of crowns. After coming here for a second opinion, I was told that wasn't necessary at all—I only needed a few minor fillings.
