We needed a new groomer for our anxious Australian cobbler dog Niyol. After trying several new groomers we were recommended to try Marianne at Hidden Gem. She suggested a meet and greet for the purpose of slowing gaining our dogs trust. A year later, and more than 6 grooming visits later, our dog has always been treated with love and received top notch grooming.

What a great place.....even for men! Been a customer here for over 10 years with my wife and always love coming here. Loana is fantastic at her work. I normally get my eyebrows waxed, occasional facial and mask etc. Great line of products at best prices. Make sure you have an appointment as she is always swamped even though she does not accept walk-ins.

Looking back over the past few years H&S Massage have always had my back - relaxed and pain-free! The service had been consistently prompt, courteous and friendly. It's a nice touch that they always give you a hot towel too at the end of a treatment. I've had massages with Matt and he has consistently been therapeutic. I've always left with less or no pain. I'm very active and it's nice to have an RMT who is knowledgeable about my minor sprains and tightness. He knows exactly the amount of pressure to apply to treat the pain of the day. I had Stefano from Park Lane Plumbing come by to fix a toilet issue today. There was a leak through the base that had crept through the floor and into a bulkhead in a closet below.
Mike set up an appointment quickly with very accurate timing. Stefano was really professional and diligent exploring all possible causes of the leak. He removed the toilet and replaced the faulty parts in no time, and left almost no cleanup. He even took time at the end of the service call to show me a couple of quick tips as I'm a newer home owner and he could tell I had nerves about plumbing issues. I'd definitely use the team again if I have a future issue. Many thanks.
Tom and Jamie efficiently and thoroughly snaked our main drain, clearing out some root growth that had caused a backup. Afterward, Tom proudly showed us the now-pristine drain using his video scope. I’m very glad I found Tom’s number in the Beach Metro classifieds—he was honest, upfront, and easy to communicate with.
When our drain first backed up, I called Mr. Rooter. They scoped the drain, which temporarily cleared the backup, but they refused to snake it. Instead, they insisted the entire drain needed to be replaced and quoted me over $11,000. It seemed fishy, and when I relayed this experience to Tom, he was appalled.
The project was done professionally and they finished the work earlier than expected. Their billing was fair and transparent and they offered suggestions to help us save money. I would recommend KNT Electric.
Arif and his team installed a subpanel in our detached garage, digging a long trench, bypassing a concrete section, and setting up 100-amp service—all at a very competitive price. Their work passed ESA inspection without issue. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship, and I can’t imagine using any other electricians in the future.
