Update: Seeing my review, I was contacted by the management, and they assured me they would do it right, which they did! The lady who came yesterday did her best to finish the job. She saw what they did last time and addressed them. What a difference! I hope they will do the same in the future with all clients on their first attempt. It is important to understand the needs of the clients. A clear set of communication and instructions should be there from top to bottom. This is always the key to success. I have been a customer of Merry maids for over 25 years and I do appreciate the good service I have had Over the years.For sometime now, Joanne has been cleaning my house every two weeks, and I am very pleased with her service. Joanne is courteous, helpful, and kind. She does an excellent job of cleaning and always knows exactly where the messiest spots are.
