She took the time to explain to me the complexity of bookings made online and not being in line with the ones taken over the phone etc. And even though this is a matter that they need to resolve, I am prepared to give them the befit of the doubt and I am convinced that the satisfaction of their customers is very important to them. I have decided to continue my patronage to them. Some of their RMT's are very good.“
