Peter and company have done a lot of work in our house over the years. A few days ago, I noticed a small leak under my kitchen sink and gave them a call. Within 5 hours, someone was here and it was fixed. Dependable, honest and reasonable. That’s what Balsam is.
We have been a residential customer of Balsam Plumbing for going on 20 years. From complex renos, to custom work and emergency repairs Balsam Plumbing is the best. Super super quality work, extremely conscientious and friendly. The kind of people you'd want as you neighbours. Highly recommend.
As an electrician working in the same area as Peter and his sons I get to see what the local contractors are really like--and there are some sketchy contractors doing the rounds---Peter is NOT one of these guys. Honesty and great service is Peters mantra as far as I can tell. It is always a pleasure to meet him on jobs.
