I first walked into The Lotus Chair in December 2025 completely by chance. I had stopped in to ask about a manicure and pedicure, and while I was there, I started talking with Deedee about my hair. It had been severely damaged, over-processed, and turned an unnatural yellow after a service at another salon. I showed her photos of what my hair used to look like and explained how disappointed I was.

Deedee immediately took the time to assess the damage and explain a plan to restore my hair's health before attempting to recolor it. Rather than promising a quick fix, she focused on repairing the damage first. Over the months, through regular deep conditioning treatments, careful color work, highlights, and trims, she transformed my hair. It is healthier, stronger, and looks better than it has in years.

I continue to see Deedee regularly and trust her completely with my hair. She also does an excellent job threading eyebrows—always precise, natural-looking, and never overdone.

I love that The Lotus Chair is open on Sundays, which makes it easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule and start the week looking and feeling my best.

Sandra and Lana provide excellent manicures and pedicures. I prefer a very simple manicure and pedicure—clean, healthy nails with trimmed cuticles, cleaned nail beds, and a buff-and-shine finish. That level of attention to detail is surprisingly hard to find these days, and they consistently do an outstanding job.
