Dr. Lena and her team (Meghan and Sebastian) were terrific. I had 8 weeks of treatment and they were awesome. They kept me upbeat and focused on my treatments. Their knowledge and caring nature goes well beyond what I could have expected. PT is a commitment not only by the patient but by the team as well. It became a place that I actually enjoyed going to. I cannot thank Dr. Lena and her team enough for all they have done to help me through this ordeal. I highly recommend Total Health and Rehab!They are the best!!!

My experience with Total Health and Rehab center has been top class. This is a complete team protocol with everyone working together to sort out your problems. Everyone from the front desk to the masseur to the doctors are professional and concerned. Never to busy to answer questions! My pain has gone from a constant nine out of ten right down to occasionally a dull pain of two out of ten. I highly recommend you use this practice for any chiropractic or physio therapy needs. I look forward to continuing my treatment plan with them.

Definitely fantastic. The results of the treatment are very effective and the entire team is super professional. Plus, the coffee is delicious. A super friendly environment. Doctors have a lot of empathy. Truly amazing and recommended.
