Tamara radiates pure abundance and love. She has the biggest heart and generously shared her wisdom and affirmations for health and wellness. She was clearly intuitively working with my body and energy and I felt very safe and taken care of. I went in for the mini vaca and felt completely relaxed while I was there I moved through a lot of layers and felt a little groggy afterwards, but continued to drink water and rest to support what she had initiated during our treatment. I believe I am my own quarterback of my health journey and I put together a great team to support me in my goals. I am SO happy to have Tamara be a part of that team!!

I have been having back pain and feeling tension, and the pain won't go away. I have tried pain meds, and it is a short solution. I decided to look into cupping, and I contacted Tamara to schedule. She was very accommodating to the last-minute request. She did the cupping therapy and my experience was great. She explained the process and now I feel so much better my back is not hurting and the tension seems to be reduced. I highly recommend her. She is professional and has positive energy
