Moses is the BEST!!! I ran into a problem with my range rover key fob which has a terrible design. I got a great price on 2 key fobs and keys, much cheaper by far than the dealer price (which was totally ridiculous as you probably already know). After several months 1 key fob developed an issue and lost its code for reasons unknown, and within a short time that very day Moses came to recode the bad key fob and even changed a cover on a different range rover key fob, and that visit was totally at no charge! Service was great, he called 30 minutes prior to his arrival so I was ready when he got there. He arrived with a smile on his face & got me into my car in less than 5 minutes. His friendly nature really helped a bummer situation into an overall great experience. AAA+
